Agreement of Use

ECTreasure Events is a product of Eagle Crest Treasure LLC.

This Agreement of Use (“Agreement”) is the promise you make to ECTreasure Events (the “Service”), operated by Eagle Crest Treasure LLC, when you create an account and use it to plan and publish your events. It sits alongside our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy; where the Terms of Use set out the full legal terms, this Agreement is the short, plain-English summary of what you commit to each time you use the Service.

1. You will keep your account secure

You are the only person who should use your login. You agree to choose a strong password, keep it private, and tell the administrator promptly if you think someone else has gained access to your account. You are responsible for everything done under your account.

2. You have the right to the information you upload

When you add guests, contacts, phone numbers, email addresses, photos, or other people's details, you confirm that you are allowed to use that information and to contact those people about your event. You will not upload someone's personal data that you have no lawful reason to hold.

3. You will use the Service honestly and lawfully

You agree to use ECTreasure Events only for genuine event planning and not to: break any law; send spam or unwanted messages; upload content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading, or infringes someone else's rights; impersonate another person or organisation; or attempt to disrupt, probe, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or to other people's accounts.

4. You are responsible for what you publish and send

You decide which event pages are public and which invitations and reminders go out. You agree that the content of those public pages and messages is yours, that it is accurate and appropriate, and that you will not publish sensitive personal information about your guests without their consent.

5. You accept how the Service works

You understand that the Service is provided “as is,” that features may change over time, that a site administrator may access accounts for support in the controlled and recorded way described in the Privacy Policy, and that automated account and event emails (verification codes, RSVP confirmations, reminders) are part of using the Service.

6. You accept the full Terms

By agreeing to this Agreement of Use, you also accept the full Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Cookie Policy. If any part of this Agreement conflicts with the Terms of Use, the Terms of Use apply.

7. Ending this Agreement

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks this Agreement or the Terms of Use, or that creates risk for the Service or other users.
