Terms of Use

ECTreasure Events is a product of Eagle Crest Treasure LLC.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ECTreasure Events (the “Service”), a product operated by Eagle Crest Treasure LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The service

ECTreasure Events is an online tool for planning events — managing guest lists and RSVPs, budgets, schedules, seating, photos, and publishing a public event page. Features may be added, changed, or removed over time.

2. Your account & eligibility

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your password secure. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your location to create an account. Notify the administrator promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to: break any law or regulation; upload or publish content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights; impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation; upload malware or attempt to disrupt, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; send spam or unsolicited messages; or collect other people's personal data without a lawful basis. You are responsible for having permission to add the guests and contact details you upload and to send them messages.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add — event details, guest information, text, photos, and media (“Your Content”). You grant ECTreasure Events the limited permission needed to host, process, and display Your Content so the Service can work (for example, showing your public event page and sending the invitations you request). You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights to use it.

5. Public event pages

You control whether your event page is public and which sections appear on it. Anything you make public may be viewed and shared by others. Do not publish sensitive personal information about guests without their consent.

6. Plans & payments

Some plans are free and some are paid. Paid plans may require verification/approval before activation. Prices and plan features may change; where a change affects a plan you are paying for, we will make reasonable efforts to let you know. Paid plans are offered as auto-renewing subscriptions (billed monthly or yearly); you can cancel auto-renewal at any time. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, under which a 7% administrative charge is retained on every refund and is non-refundable. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.

7. Emails

The Service sends emails you initiate (invitations, RSVP confirmations, reminders) and essential account emails (such as verification and password-reset codes). You are responsible for the content of the invitations and messages you send and for complying with anti-spam rules in your jurisdiction.

8. Administrator access

A site administrator may access an account to provide support or maintain the Service. This access is controlled and recorded, as described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Availability & changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that create risk for the Service or other users. On termination, your events and associated data may be removed.

11. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that content will always be accurate, secure, or available.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECTreasure Events and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

13. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ECTreasure Events and its operators from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
