Cookie Policy

Last updated: July 2026

ECTreasure Events is a product of Eagle Crest Treasure LLC.

This policy explains how ECTreasure Events, a product of Eagle Crest Treasure LLC, uses cookies and similar local storage in your browser. We keep this to the minimum needed to run the Service — we do not use cookies for advertising or cross-site tracking.

What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. “Local storage” is a similar mechanism used to remember preferences on your own device. Both let a site remember information between pages and visits.

What we use

  • Essential session cookie — a single sign-in cookie that keeps you logged in as you move between pages. Without it, the Service cannot keep you securely signed in. It is not used for tracking.
  • Preference storage — your interface choices (such as light/dark theme and whether the sidebar is collapsed) are saved in your browser's local storage so the app looks the way you left it. This stays on your device.

What we do not use

We do not set third-party advertising cookies, and we do not use cookies to build a profile of you across other websites. Public event pages you visit do not track you for marketing.

Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. If you block the essential session cookie, you will not be able to sign in. Clearing local storage simply resets your saved interface preferences.

Changes

We may update this policy if our use of cookies changes. The “last updated” date above shows the current version.
