ECTreasure Events is a product of Eagle Crest Treasure LLC.

This Disclaimer explains the limits of what ECTreasure Events (the “Service”), operated by Eagle Crest Treasure LLC, is responsible for. It should be read together with our Terms of Use, Agreement of Use, Privacy Policy, and Cookie Policy. By using the Service, you accept the limits described here.

1. General information only

ECTreasure Events is a tool for planning and publishing events. The features, templates, sample text, checklists, and suggestions it provides are for general informational and organisational purposes only. They are not professional advice, and they are not a substitute for the judgement of a qualified professional where one is needed.

2. No professional advice

Nothing in the Service constitutes legal, financial, tax, insurance, medical, or other professional advice. The template legal documents provided with the application (such as the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Agreement of Use) are general starting points only and should be reviewed by a qualified professional against the laws that apply to you before you rely on them publicly.

3. Your content and your events

Event details, dates, times, venues, guest information, prices, menus, photos, and all other content are entered by event owners, not by ECTreasure Events. We do not verify and are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, legality, or suitability of any content on an event or public page. Anyone relying on event information — for example, a date, time, or location — should confirm it directly with the event host.

4. Emails, reminders & notifications

The Service sends emails such as invitations, RSVP confirmations, verification and password-reset codes, and countdown reminders. Delivery depends on the email provider configured for the account and on services outside our control, so we cannot guarantee that any message will be delivered, delivered on time, or reach the inbox rather than a spam folder. Do not rely on an automated reminder as the only notice of a time-sensitive event.

5. Availability & accuracy

We work to keep the Service running and its countdowns, timezones, and calculations correct, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or always available. Times and countdowns depend on the timezone and details entered by the event owner and on the visitor's own device; always treat them as a guide, not a guarantee.

6. Third-party links & services

Public pages, share buttons, social-media links, maps, fonts, and sign-in options may point to or rely on third-party websites and services. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Following an external link is at your own risk and subject to that third party's own terms and policies.

7. No endorsement

References to vendors, venues, products, designs, or services within the Service — including any examples or suggestions — do not constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or guarantee by ECTreasure Events.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ECTreasure Events and its operators are not liable for any loss or damage — including missed events, failed or delayed messages, lost data, or any indirect or consequential loss — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its content. Your use of the Service is at your own risk, and the fuller limits in our Terms of Use apply.

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows the current version, and continued use of the Service means you accept the current version.
